Hewhowalkswithacane What can I say, it's the mighty U.K. Subs and yes I never get bored listening to them or see them live. I don't know how many times I had the pleasure to go to so many gigs of them. What I do know is, that i went to see them once every year and it was always a fabulous night. I love them and yes they are my favorite Band! Both SubversionsAlbums are fantastic albums with fabulous cover versions. Favorite track on this one for me it's crystal clear kick out the Jams

Ken Goodey Self-indulgent? Yeah, perhaps a bit, but it’s really just a few classics covered by a band that obviously loves the songs and knows how to do them justice. And a record that maybe gives you a bit of an insight into what music influenced Charlie and the boys back in the Seventies and what they like to listen to when not being one of the hardest working live bands on the planet (with one of the greatest frontmen, IMHO) that can still blow the roof off after more than 40 years. More power to 'em! Favorite track: Get Out Of Denver.
